THRIVE’s purpose is to provide, support and create programs and experiences that will increase inclusion, diversity and promote the successful advancement of Black employees at NTT DATA Services at all levels. We strive to build a more diverse NTT DATA employment population that will foster healthy and successful relationships with clients and communities it serves.
Black History Month 2024
This year’s theme was Reviving the Mind, Body & Spirit, focusing on the importance of 360 degrees of health and wellbeing of not only one’s physical body, but also emotional and mental health. That’s why we’re creating a platform that shines a light on the multiple facets of Black & African American health and wellness through education, activism and the arts.

Programming that builds relationships with corporate and community organizations that can guide and support the THRIVE mission and goals. As well as spearhead NTT DATA's competitive edge, create a diverse company culture and to win business.
