John Dick is general counsel at NTT DATA North America. He is responsible for general corporate counsel, contracts and employment and litigation matters. The legal team also supports the company’s compliance and mergers and acquisitions activities. With more than 20 years of experience, John was previously at Keane, Inc., as well as Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he represented companies and funds in connection with mergers and acquisitions, private placements, venture funds and private equity funds.
